- The work claimed to be infringed and an original-source reference
- Exact locations of the reported material and supporting dated captures
- The claimant’s contact information and authority to act
- Facts needed to review the required accuracy, good-faith, and authorization statements

How we assist with a notice

We assist with submission within the agreed scope and track the provider’s response. Required statements must reflect the claimant’s actual knowledge and authority.
Your role in the process
You must confirm the facts, authority, contact details, and statements before submission. Disclose any permission, license, counter-notice, or existing dispute you know about. A screenshot is useful context but does not replace a working location reference or establish ownership by itself.
A notice is not a guaranteed removal
Providers make their own decisions and may seek additional information. A counter-notice or disputed claim may require a response from qualified legal counsel. We do not provide litigation services or promise content removal, account suspension, or search-result removal. Requirements and available routes can vary by provider and jurisdiction.
